Students demand a halt on education cuts
Osman fatah
A massive
demonstration took place due to Universities tuition fees
increase in London.
Today
thousands of students and lecturers took part in a
protesting over tuitions fees, as the march continued
students burst into London streets and show their angers
against the new policy which was introduced by the Tory
Party upon the welfare reduction, education cuts in
particular . The
demonstration was organised by the National Union Students.
The purpose of this march was to demonstrate to the
authority, that we as students are strongly disapprove and
condemn such cuts. We believe that this decision will
discourage thousands of students to engage in higher
education in future and will have negative impacts on
working class society. Over 50,000 students participated in
today’s march, as a whole its outcome shows a positive step
for on going protests and demonstrations in future.
During the
protest students chanted, “Stop education cuts”, “Shame on
you for turning blue and Cameron you get out we know what
you all about”.
Students
also showed a complete anger about the promises that Liberal
Democrats Party pledged during the election campaigns that
its members including the leader Nick Clegg would vote
against any increase in student fees. It’s clear that the
Whig party has broken its promise and it is a betrayal for
its members and supporters.

As we have
seen number of protests and demonstrations since the
Conservative and the Lib Dem have formed a coalition
government and their proposals on deficit. Their policies
clearly demonstrate that the increase of inequality and a
savage quality of life among working class people.
The working
class people will not tolerate such actions and we will
continue to demonstrate and fight against these cuts
periodically
